2) Mail your application from along with your $100 deposit fee per child to:

3) We will email your tentative swim schedule.
4) You will then have 5 business days to make changes, accept schedule, and make payment.
5) After 5 business days, your tentative schedule may be removed to accommodate other swimmers.
6) Swim schedules can only be accepted or changed through e-mail or by calling our office at (559) 299-8080)
$100.00 deposit fee per child payable by cash, check or Venmo (@AmyMorrisSwimSchool)
**Deposit fees are non-refundable after swim schedule has been given**
**All lesson fees must be paid in-full (cash, check, Venmo) after swim schedule has been confirmed**
- Please be on-time for all lessons
- Swim diapers are required for babies & toddlers
- Do not feed your child approx. 3 hrs prior to their lesson
- A parent or responsible adult must be present at all lessons
- There is a $25.00 fee to cancel/reschedule any lessons that have already been confirmed
- One re-schedule for every 10 lessons per child
- There is a full charge for ALL "No Shows" and/or lessons cancelled less than 24hrs prior to scheduled lesson time
